Should I attend a Refresher training session after Introduction to Magic Notes?
Yes. The Refresher session covers new Magic Notes features. Some may be mentioned in the Introduction to Magic Notes session, but here you’ll explore them in more detail.
To get the most out of the Refresher session, we suggest completing training and trying out Magic Notes first.
Am I ready to attend a Train the Trainer session?
Train the Trainer is for those who often use Magic Notes or are supporting colleagues. This training assumes you are comfortable recording, summarising, and customising notes. It will then teach you how to train others, and provide helpful resources.
What happens if I can't attend training?
Don't worry, we know things can get busy! Simply rebook using the options above.
I'm a manager. Do I need to attend both the Introduction to Magic Notes session and the Manager session?
Yes, we would advise attending both training sessions.
Our Manager training assumes you have already attended the Introduction to Magic Notes session, and are comfortable with the basic Magic Notes features.
